Atlantic Mirage & Spa | Luxury hotel and Spa
Looking for that perfect winter getaway? Tenerife is the perfect place to stay, the average temperature in December is roughly 22 degrees so not too hot and not too cold. We stayed at the only adult hotel Atlantic mirage suites & spa in Tenerife and here is what our experience was like.

Atlantic Mirage is a stylist and modern adult only hotel. With top of the notch luxury spa, 2 inhouse restaurants, an indoor and outdoor swimming pools and a gym.
The hotel is short 10min a hilly walk away from the town center and beach. You’ll have the opportunity to pass through loads of bars and restaurants nearby. I would suggest renting a car as it is, although taxis are very convenient and there is a free shuttle to attractions like Loro Parque at the town centre so it’s not a must if you’re looking for a more relaxing trip.

Atlantic Mirage Tenerife Location
Atlantic Mirage Suites and Spa. Calle Eucaliptus, 4, 38400 Puerto de la Cruz, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain
Atlantic Mirage Suites & Spa is located to the coast, north of the Tenerife island in the Costa del sol region.

Atlantic Mirage Tenerife Room
All rooms have a balcony sea view, are air conditioned, with a flat screen TV and a mini kitchen area with a microwave and refrigerator. Our room had a King size bed and was extremely clean and very modern. The shower spacious and they have RBG lighting where you can select the colour of the sky lights. The rooms are fairly spacious and give you room to move around, with a coffee table and sofa.
We did have an incident where the drains were blocked but we notified the reception and they sorted it out very quickly and efficiently.

Atlantic Mirage Tenerife Spa
Entry to the spa cost a standard 20€ and this is reduced to 15€ for hotel guests. Our stay was during a quieter periods, so we took advantage of the spa’s 10€ person offer.

The spa has a suggested circuit which takes you all around the facilities. The circuit details are pinned to a wall and also details the health benefits to the different bath types. One of the most memorable moments at the spa was experiencing a Scottish Shower for the first time. Which was basically a flash shower with freezing cold water. Apart from being a complete shock to my system it was quite refreshing, after all the different streams heat rooms. The health benefits for this included improving circulation and boosting your immune system.

Luckily for us, we were the only ones in the Spa! We were able to enjoy the entire spa facilities all to ourselves and take our time through the circuit. I would definitely give this a try.

Overall experience
I really enjoyed my experience here and would highly suggest going to this hotel. If you’re looking for a relaxing, quiet and high quality hotel with incredible views and all the facilities you’ll need. Again this an adult only hotel and is designed that way, the staff are friendly, smiley and professional.
